3. The Riddler (Batman Forever)
Now this one is really quite vile. What the Riddler costume in this movie consists of is essentially a green, tight-fitting leotard with question marks printed all over it. It's tacky, it's cheap and it's very unflattering. It's accompanied by a very lame green piece of eye-wear over black make-up around the eyes and, more disturbingly, a kind of sickly salmon-coloured buzz-cut hairstyle. It's hard to imagine any character played by Jim Carrey as being intimidating and Joel Schumacher's interpretation of the Riddler was never meant to be taken seriously as such, but his outfit really did take the biscuit. Truly awful.
