3. Ozymandias (Watchmen)
Ozymandias' costume is so awesome that you can even look away from the fact that it has a pair of nipples on it (though, it should be noted that the nipples in question are merely single ovals and don't have the intricate details of, say, the George Clooney Batman costume). Ozy's costume is predominantly black, with a lot of gold trim and a hint of purple and offers him all over body protection. It has a rippled torso, the obligatory cape and very subtle head decoration in the form of a sort of reverse tiara (and a far more masculine interpretation of one). It is sleek and very cool looking.
