2. Whiplash (Iron Man 2)
The Mark II Whiplash armour was very cool indeed. To describe it crudely, it looks like an amalgamation of the first bit of hardware that Ivan Vanko wielded on the racetrack in Monaco and Iron Man's own armours. To be more specific, it was a sophisticated fusion of Hammer technology armour with a miniature arc reactor adapted from Howard Stark's and Anton Vanko's earlier designs. It was modelled with many of Tony Stark's Iron Man capabilities in mind and granted the wearer a wide array of enhancements, such as; a vast strength increase, massively increased durability and high-speed flight capability. The power output of the suit's on board arc reactor could be channelled into powering two arm-mounted plasma whips that could be controlled to have a level of prehensile grasping capability - enough to manhandle Iron Man and War Machine.
