7 Most Anticipated Movie Scenes Still To Come In 2015

4. The End - The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2

The Scene: Don't worry, there's no spoilers here for those of you who haven't read Mockingjay, but the finale to the Hunger Games series brings Katniss' (Jennifer Lawrence) saga to a close in a manner that's a blend of emotions: heartbreak, frustration, and even hope. She takes her last stand against the Capitol and President Snow (Donald Sutherland), and as you can expect, there's going to be plenty of bloodshed leading up to those final moments. Why We Can't Wait To See It: It's safe to say that Mockingjay's finale certainly proved divisive with fans of the book upon release, and the same is likely to be true of the movie. Whether director Francis Lawrence will be making any alterations to the ending remains to be seen, though he's certainly going to struggle to depict some of the novel's more brutal moments with the restrictions of a PG-13 rating. However it ends on screen, it brings an epic, multi-billion dollar franchise to a close, and will be an emotional moment for a lot of the series' most committed die-hards. For other viewers, hopefully it'll finally give Lawrence a little more lee-way to pull out a strong performance on par with her more acclaimed non-blockbuster work, given the emotional gravity of Katniss' journey.
