2. Dormammu Becomes The MCU's New Big Bad

Assuming that Galactus is indeed being saved for Phase 5 (and it's sadly entirely possible that the deal I'm dreaming about hasn't been made), turning Dormammu into the Marvel Cinematic Universe's new big bad would be very cool. After all, he's a million miles away from a cosmic baddie like Thanos, and having the Sorcerer Supreme take him down in his first solo outing would be a massive waste of this powerful villain. Mads Mikkelsen is rumoured to be playing Dormammu, and anyone who's watched Hannibal should know he's more than capable of holding his own here. Plus, making a Doctor Strange villain a threat to the entire world would be a smart way to have him join up with The Avengers, with him later leading them into battle against a foe his movie could just tease. Magic being the focus of Phase 4 would also be refreshing. After all, the Marvel movies up until this point have been very sci-fi orientated, but with characters like Black Panther and Spider-Man all also being tied to magic, a shift to that could work really well. Avengers: Infinity War is going to be so heavy on cosmic characters that something new for Phase 4 is definitely needed, and the ruler of the Dark Dimension coming to blows with Earth's Mightiest Heroes has a ton of potential.
