6. Dario Agger
The villains of the Thor franchise have always been other-worldly threats to the God of Thunder. Laufey the Frost Giant of Jotunheim, Malekith the Dark Elf, and Hela the Goddess of Death have made up Thor’s MCU rogues gallery so far, with Gorr the God Butcher set to add his name to the list of powerful aliens.
Most MCU movies feature a secondary villain in some regard, and should the movie pull this role from Jason Aaron’s run, fans could be seeing the debut of Thor’s first human (sort of) villain in Dario Agger. When the CEO of Roxxon, the corporation already dotted around the MCU in the Iron Man franchise and Loki, first came up against Thor in the comics, he actually sued the God of Thunder.
This would represent a very different kind of threat to that which Gorr will bring, however there is also Agger’s alter-ego that would have to be dealt with.
Not only is he a powerful businessman devoid of any moral compass, he can also transform into a Minotaur. This could be a more compelling side of the character to bring to the screen, and since he was the first real threat Jane faced as the new Goddess of Thunder, his inclusion would make a lot of sense.
