8 Moments In Back To The Future That Could Have Been VERY Different
1. George Mcfly The Boxer
In the third act of the movie, Marty sings Johnny B. Goode on the stage of The Enchantment Under The Sea dance in which George and Lorraine are destined to fall in love. Within the car park, only moments before the romantic scene takes place and all is resolved, George saves Lorraine from Biff Tannen by punching him in the face, finally facing up to his foe.
When Marty returns to the present day 1985, his parents are married. Biff works for George waxing his car and the father has now become a successful author selling his novel 'A Match Made In Space' to the general public.
In the original drafts however, Marty returns to a different consequence. George marries Eileen and has become Middleweight Boxing Champion of the world after his left hook defeated Biff. Marty is surprised to see the new difference in his once anxious father and Doc's inventions are prominent in world fairs across the globe. The production company thought that this ending should be scrapped due to the huge world changes that Marty had caused.
