What The Trailer Promised:
Dr. Doom, motherf*ckers!! Plus a faithful retelling of the Fantastic Four, a little look at Reed and Ben’s childhood, and a whole lot of Avengers inspired action.
What We Got:
We got basically no Dr. Doom, motherf*ckers… and far less action than the trailer promised as well. Even worse, what we ended up with was barely the Fantastic Four. The powers were there, but it was lacking all the charm, colour and humour the comic book property had to bring to the table.
Fant4stic promised the Fantastic Four, but instead we got a depressingly boring, drab, studio driven inert movie that was as far from the characters origin as they could get away with.
