The trailers for Avengers: Infinity War purposefully misdirected fans. That shot of a fully Hulked-out Bruce Banner charging into battle alongside Captain America, Black Panther, Black Widow and Winter Soldier? Yeah, that was done specifically for the trailers, to make the actual movie even more unpredictable.

But something from the trailers that was meant to be in the film - and was removed during post-production - was Thanos' line "fun isn’t something one considers when balancing the universe. But this... does put a smile on my face."

Directors the Russo Brothers explained why this line was cut in a chat with Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, with the reason being that it wasn't as appropriate for the story as the replacement line they came up with:

“That was a scripted line for the movie that we replaced with another line that we thought was a little more specific to the storytelling with Gamora. I think he used to say that on Knowhere to Gamora when he emerged from the Reality Cloak as the Aether exposed him. And I think we changed it to something that was a little more specific to the storytelling.”

The line that's used in the film is "now... reality can be whatever I want", spoken by Thanos when he de-cloaks from the Aether's deception.
