8 Movies Everyone Remembers For One Terrible Scene

1. Oh, Hi Mark - The Room

Spawning a critically acclaimed biopic based on the creator of the cultural sensation that became The Room, Tommy Wiseau's wholly panned passion project became the stuff of folklore after attempting to take the world by storm in 2003.

And while early responses to the freakishly awful amalgamation of nonsensical plots were less than kind, fans soon began to see the project for what it was. A terribly joyous night out at the cinema.

It's hard to land on just one moment that sits as the outright baddest of the bunch in terms of delightfully stinking up the joint. Johnny going full chicken and the instantly iconic, "You're tearing me apart, Lisa!" are both respectable picks. But to overlook the quickest gear-change in cinematic history would be a rookie error.

Storming onto the rooftop with all the venom that could be conjured up when revealing that Johnny "did not hit her. (He) did not," Wiseau's shift to acknowledging his pal Mark waiting for him in the locale has wiggled its way into just about everyone's unsuspecting lives at one point or another.

It may not have been the legacy Tommy was looking for, but this Room sure won't be forgotten about any time soon.
