8 Movies Loved By Their Viewers But Hated By Their Critics

6. Justice League

Before it was even released, the Justice League movie seemed destined to be unloved. Let's be clear - Justice League is not as good as Aquaman or Shazam!, but it is far better than Batman vs Superman. And given some of the reviews for Justice League, you have to assume some critics had already written scathing reviews before watching the film?

Critics disapproved of the film's pacing, it's story structure, the acting abilities of several cast members and the CGI effects didn't get a seal of approval either. The DC movies had a very bad start, and from the vibe given off by a number of reviews - the critics suggested this one might be the worst.

But the DCEU isn't without its loyal fans - who rallied behind the film and enjoyed the collaboration of a much anticipated team-up. Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg's debuts were mixed, but the die-hard fans of the Snyder-verse stood by the final piece, maybe because they just liked to see all their favourite characters team-up?

Justice League is shorter and more coherent (plot-wise) than other DCEU films, and that was all audience' could ask for in the end.

I overthink a lot of things. Will talk about pretty much anything for a great length of time. I'm obsessed with General Slocum from the 2002 Spider-Man film. I have questions that were never answered in that entire trilogy!
