8 Reasons Why Frozen Is The Best Disney Film In A Generation
8. Memorable Songs
How many of you can immediately recall the tune to I Just Can't Wait To Be King from The Lion King? Or Hakuna Matata? Or A Whole New World from Aladdin? Now name a song from Tangled. Not so easy, is it? Well the songs in Frozen are very much set back in the former set you'll be remembering the songs such as Do You Wanna Build A Snowman, or Let It Go for several years to come more on Let It Go later. The songs also make sense as they're developed in a very Broadway-esque sense. They explain the motivations and the thoughts of the individual characters while retaining their unique voices. For example, while Elsa and Anna's tunes are similar after all, they are sisters Olaf's In Summer is a distinctly different musical experience befitting the different character. The world seems to agree as several of these songs have charted, despite Let It Go being the main single release from the film. It was re-recorded by Demi Lovato and received an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song, an award it surely must be a dead cert to win.
