8 Transformers Characters Who Won't Be In Any Of The Movies

1. Unicron

Unicron A lot of people don't realise that 1986's Transformers: The Movie was the legendary Orson Welles' last film. He played Unicron, a Transformer who took the form of a planet who ate everything in its path. This was possibly the most ambitious moves from the writers, given that the planet transformer was one of the only characters in the show that wasn't an action figure first. It wasn't until the 'Armada' series in 2003 that Unicron got his own toy. Unicron has god-like powers and re-generates a dying Megatron into Galvatron (voiced by Leonard Nimoy) and serves as a Satan-like figure in the movie. Rumour has it that Welles died during the production on the movie and never finished recording his parts of the script, so Nimoy allegedly took over for the final scenes. Welles didn't care about the film and called it the 'dumb toy movie,' but he still gave an amazing performance. Would you like to see any of these characters in future Transformers films?
