5. The Death Of A Superhero
Now it's probably safe to say that not all of the fans' favourite heroes will survive this two-movie event. Depending on who's going to kick the bucket and in what fashion, the death of a prominent Avenger will likely be felt throughout the extended universe. It might be referenced in passing, it might even cause a few problems on street level.
If Tony Stark dies, being one of the Avengers more grounded in reality, his tech might be at risk and his enemies in business and the scientific fields might be emboldened. His death could even inspire geniuses to go the hero route, or have some contingency that sends tech out to heroes he's been watching out for, much the same way he did with Spidey.
If Captain America dies, street level heroes might be inspired to keep his home safe. After all, if Luke Cage has Harlem, Matt and Jessica have Manhattan, Frank Castle took on Queens and Danny may be coming in to fill the space Matt left behind after Defenders... who's got Brooklyn?
