The Prowler has a long history. He started as a teenager named Hobbie Brown. Eventually, he would turn from the criminal Prowler into a vigilante, teaming up with Spider-Man, and on more than one occasion pretending to be Spider-Man. He's long been considered a part of the Spider-Man family.

Then, there's the Prowler of the Ultimate Universe. This is where Miles Morales was born. And over here, the Prowler is the alter-ego of Miles' uncle, Aaron Davis.

While the Prowler has died in Miles' universe, the alternate world adventures that are at the heart of Into the Spider-Verse, means there's a non-zero chance that Miles will come into contact with a Prowler.

Maybe it'll be the Hobbie Brown Prowler, and the two will bond as heroes. Or maybe it'll be another Aaron Davis, one who isn't quite as evil - maybe one as heroic as Spider-Man. Or maybe it'll be a darker Prowler, one who doesn't know who MIles is, and will show zero restraint.

No matter how it happens, the Prowler will return.
