No doubt that's what Stuart Townsend felt like when he was dropped as Aragorn in Lord of the Rings for looking too young, one day before the cameras were due to roll.
Townsend - replaced by Viggo Mortensen, who didn't look that much older than him at the time - had good reason to be miffed about his dismissal, since he spent months learning to sword fight in preparation for the role.
Surely decisions like these should be made during the casting process, not one day before shooting?
