1. Con Air (1997)
This one takes the top spot of our cheesy 90's action flicks but it would also top the list of all timers. There has never been a more amazing mix of terrible acting, cheesy writing, improbable scenarios, unintentional comedy and over the top action sequences. Start with Nicholas Cage as a deadly special forces soldier, add in an amazingly terrible accent, a slice of John Malkovich being John Malkovich and then land a plane on the Vegas Strip. Bake at 350 for 2 hours and serve immediately. You had Ving Rhames. You had Dave Chappelle. You had Steve Buscemi as everyone's favorite serial killer. ( Has anyone ever been happy that a serial killer got away before or since?) You had the hilariously awesome line to beat all lines "I said....put the bunny back in the box". Did I mention they landed a plane on the strip? Game Over.
