9 Divisive Movies That Should've Been TV Shows

3. Clash Of The Titans

Once Upon A Time On Netflix
Warner Bros. Pictures

If you saw Clash of the Titans when it came out in 2010, you probably haven't thought about it since then, or maybe when the sequel released in 2012. The movie was a remake of the 1981 classic and, rather predictably, critics hated it. Truth be told, Clash of the Titans was a fun action movie that wasn't like anything else at the time.

The tale of Perseus, played here by Sam Worthington, is a timeless one about a Demi-God being dragged into a war of Gods after his family is killed. It's a great story and the setting of a mythological ancient Greece is a fantastic one, but it's fair to say it's never been done quite right on the big screen.

So why not move it to the smaller screen? Bring Clash of the Titans to TV and the epic tale gets the space to breathe. With a good budget and good actors, Clash of the Titans could be a really special mini-series, or even one across multiple seasons, as it follows Perseus' journey to eliminate the gods. It wouldn't be breaking any new ground, but it could be a fun ride nonetheless.
