2. Taskmaster

Right now, we don't know who is actually playing big bad Taskmaster in the Black Widow solo movie, but there's a very strong possibility that it's actually going to be Rachel Weisz, who has been announced as playing mysterious Red Room graduate Milena. She has so far revealed that her character has a complex relationship with Natasha and that she's been through the Red Room multiple times. If that doesn't smell like a twist set-up to you, then you don't watch films.

The fact that she has a complex relationship with Nat suggests they appear to be friends and her multiple reconditioning rounds suggests - on the surface - that she's a difficult customer, like Nat herself and Bucky. But the reality is probably that she's the big bad, which also means that - as per Marvel's usual rule of killing villains after one appearance - that she's on borrowed time.

That feeling should be amplified by the fact that this film is set in the past and you get the feeling Taskmaster wouldn't just disappear of her own accord.

How Will She Die?

In a final pitched battle with Black Widow after it becomes clear that Milena is really Taskmaster - and possibly after Nat is able to help fellow Black Widow Yelena break her conditioning to "free" her, as she did in the comics.
