9 Most Gruesome Deaths In Anime

Violence Jack is a sequel of sorts to Devilman and follows a muscle-bound giant through a post-apocalyptic wasteland. This place makes the world of Mad Max look positively cosy, and is home to roving gangs of bandits and murderers, and it’s up to Jack – who’s some sort of avenging angel – to protect the innocent.

There are three parts to the series, and in the opening of Hell’s Wind, we find the titular gang chasing down a young couple. They capture them, tie up the man and then a chap with a huge chainsaw appears; as you can probably imagine, the next part is messy.

The poor chap slowly gets cut down to size; his limbs are severed, he's gutted and then they finally take his head off. It’s rather nasty and unpleasant to watch, but at least his girlfriend and Jack get revenge against the gang later on.
