6. Star Wars Episode VIII: The ??

I've gotten very used to calling Episode VII 'The Force Awakens' now, but you don't have to cast your mind back too far to remember the days before the title was announced. It was, remarkably, less than a year ago. Before that reveal there was a huge amount of hype and speculation, bordering on mass hysteria, as to what it'd be called. The Ancient Fear was one such rumour, but when the name was finally announced it was well-received, and now just seems a natural fit, in that vague sense the opening Star Wars films have (A New Hope, The Phantom Menace). So, what about Episode VIII? The speculation isn't quite as rife just yet, but there are some aspects we can guess it. The titles tend to follow a pattern, as discussed with the first episodes above, while the last instalments feature coming back to something (Revenge/Return). As for the middle episode, well, they normally feature some sort of aggressive action: Attack, Strikes. So, while probably no one will guess right, rumours like 'Battle For Freedom' probably aren't too many parsecs off the mark.
