9 Ways Avengers: Infinity War Will Be Different From The Comics

2. There'll Be No Evil Doppelgängers

Apart from the possibility of Magus appearing - who is the evil side of Adam Warlock - there certainly won't be any evil doppelgängers in Avengers: Infinity War like there was in the Infinity War comic book arc. Aside from the fact that it would be an absolute nightmare for the actors playing the heroes to also play evil versions of themselves, it would also make for one hell of a cluttered pair of movies if every heroic character had an evil opposite causing mayhem. There will be more than enough to pose a threat to the Avengers and their allies in the form of Thanos, the Infinity Stones, possibly Magus and whoever else Thanos decides to ally himself with in the Infinity War movies (Loki? Baron Zemo? Red Skull? Mephisto?), so don't expect to see evil Thor, evil Iron Man, evil Captain America or evil Star-Lord showing up.
