9 Worst Performances In Acclaimed 2018 Movies

5. Kekoa Kekumano - Aquaman

Aquaman Teen

Kekoa Kekumano had only a small role in one of Aquaman's flashback sequences as a teenage Arthur Curry, but it's a scene that sticks out like a sore thumb due to Kekumano's distractingly stiff line readings.

In a movie full of world-class actors doing their best to sell the ludicrous material, Kekumano sounds like he's reading from a teleprompter to the point of bemused hilarity.

Despite director James Wan's clear aptitude for working with actors, something here just didn't come together.

Thankfully Kekumano only has a few lines, but they're all delivered as though Kekumano's reading through them for the very first time, temporarily dragging viewers out of the movie in the process.
