4. Daniels' Wink

In a literal blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, when James Franco's character decides to go sleep off his illness, Daniels winks at him, seeming to suggest that the two are romantically linked and most probably a couple.

While wedding rings are seen on the fingers of some other crew members, it's possible that Franco and Daniels hooked up while on the mission, and that the rest of the crew perhaps don't even know, hence the wink.

Or perhaps the wink hints at something much more sinister to be revealed as a twist later in the movie. We'll have to wait and see.
