2. David's Temple Appears In The Climax

As Daniels and Tennessee attempt to escape from the Engineer homeworld, a Xenomorph attacks them in what is presumably a sequence incredibly late in the film.

The shots are so visually busy and intriguing that it's easy to miss this, but the building behind Daniels is clearly the temple from earlier in the trailer that David is quite reasonably assumed to reside in, and outside which hundreds of blackened corpses can briefly be seen.

It goes without saying that David has a direct influence on the very end of the movie, and possibly sics the Xenomorph on the pair from within the comfort of his temple.
