1. The Xenomorph's New Physiology

The Xenomorph has gone through numerous iterations over the years, and again its design has been changed in a number of subtle ways that may not be immediately apparent, especially to more casual fans of the franchise.

The new Xenomorph, or the Protomorph as it's apparently being called, appears to be more organic in nature than the largely bio-mechanical composition of the Xeno from the original Alien movies, with its arms in particular being distinctly more muscular than the "original" (but chronologically later) iteration.

As for why this version of the creature has these physical differences? It could simply be down to the differing physical attributes of the human hosts, but that honestly doesn't seem that satisfying, does it?
