23. Rhino's Pants

When Spider-Man faces off against thuggish Russian enforcer Aleksei Sytsevich in the opening sequence of the film, after he and two associates attempt to steal radioactive material from an Oscorp shipment, the superhero takes the opportunity to humiliate him by pulling his track pants down. It's a stupid moment, but it features an Easter Egg for the character, perhaps explaining why he opts in to becoming the Rhino later. A close up of the revealed underwear reveals a fall forward to the villain that he would become, thanks to a repeated Rhino design motif.
