3. Oscorp Is Still In Shady Hands

Even without Norman and Harry Osborn at the head of the board, Oscorp is still a malignant corporate presence. Osborn Snr still has his bat-man Donald Menken in charge, who was very obviously a nasty piece of work (complete with a nameless, black-clad enforcer type), Felicia Hardy is presumably still there (unless she was canned for leaking info to Harry) and Alistair Smythe is in charge of the tech division, so there's villainy in the upper echelons of management still. And of course there was that Easter Egg-filled revelation that the company has several ongoing secret experiments, including something hinting at the presence of Morbius and another even more significant Spider-Man villain (more of whom soon), so it's plainly obvious that Oscorp isn't going to fold simply because there aren't any Osborns currently working there.
