The Amazing Spider-Man 3: 10 Allies Who Could Help Against The Sinister Six
2. Harry Osborn
Despite what was said in the last entry, Sony and Marvel may well choose to redeem Harry Osborn in exactly the same way they did in the first Spider-Man trilogy. As things stand, the son of Norman Osborn is an outright villain. After Spider-Man refused to donate his blood as a potential means of curing Harry's genetic condition, citing the reasons that the effects could actually be negative, Harry deduces that Spider-Man is his old friend Peter Parker when he sees Gwen Stacy with him and attacks him using the Green Goblin equipment. The fight results in Gwen's death and Harry is subdued by Spider-Man and taken to the Ravenscroft Institute for the Criminally Insane. Should Harry go on to join the Sinister Six, or witness the Sinister Six attacking his old friend Peter Parker, he may well feel some guilt and help the hero. That said, he will never fully redeem himself after his actions caused Gwen's death, but helping Peter in his time of need would at least go some way towards trying.
