Zach who? Zach Shields is the other half of the band Dead Man€™s Bones, and is a close friend of Goslings. The two met in 2005, and soon discovered a similar appreciation for the macabre. With both men being musically inclined, they got together, wrote some songs, and went on tour for Halloween 2009. In all honesty, their music is pretty hit and miss. It has the flavour and sound of two Goths sitting in an abandoned church, providing the soundtrack for a 1950€™s high school ghost story. Whether or not that is your sort of thing, I don€™t really mind either way. But one thing is for sure; Ryan Gosling is one mighty talented and well meaning young man. He has only just started on his path to stardom, but already it is easy to see that star burning very bright indeed.
