Who? A member of an alien race charged with observing and recording the universe's most significant events so that they can give the information to whoever comes after the universe ends, Uatu is Earth's Watcher and his fondness for humanity is such that he often breaks his people's oath abstaining from interference and helps the planet's heroes defend it from destruction. Uatu is most famous for having a gigantic bald head and befriending the Fantastic Four when they discovered his home on the Moon, subsequently attempting to help them protect the Earth from Galactus, but he's made appearances in countless stories throughout Marvel's history and is certainly an iconic presence. Why Stoll Could Play Him: Again, the hairline doesn't hurt. This one's a bit of a stretch and something of a rights minefield as the character first appeared in the Fantastic Four and Fox may well still own Uatu's film portrayal privileges...but wouldn't it be a wonderful curveball to have one of the world's most inconsequential (at least on the surface) heroes faced with an entity ordered to record only the most important events in human history? Wright's always been fond of pairing the mundane with the fantastical see every film he's ever made for proof so it's not out of the realm of possibility, and Stoll should be up to the deadpan delivery of The Watcher.
