2. Captain America Has Bucky (And Won't Trust Stark With It)
Captain America: The Winter Soldier ended with Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson setting out to hunt down Bucky, a mission that was still in progress during Avengers: Age Of Ultron. Interestingly, it doesn't look like Captain America: Civil War's going to be dealing at all with that mission though - as revealed in the post-credits scene, the Winter Soldier's already in the New Avengers' possession. Assuming this is taking place around the same time as the end of Ant-Man, and isn't a jump forwards to the events partway through the next movie (like with Iron Man 2's tease of Thor's hammer), this has a pretty big impact on the plot of Civil War - the film can totally sidestep the hunt, and maybe even have Bucky's rehabilitation begun, getting us right to the middle of the conflict. This also marks the beginning of the divide between Steve and Tony Stark after they parted ways amicably at the end of Age Of Ultron; Cap explicitly chooses to not update Stark on Bucky's whereabouts, sowing the seeds for their ultimately world-shattering conflict. In fact, as The Winter Soldier is implied to be the one responsible for the death of Howard and Maria Stark, this could even be a key part of the schism.
