Ant-Man: 8 Actors Who Could Play Young Hank Pym

2. Michael C. Hall

Michael C. Hall is arguably the best choice to play Hank Pym for several reasons. If Marvel Studios were to fully embrace the darker, unstable side of Hank Pym and Ant-Man, Hall is the man for the job, hands down. After his run as the lead in the hugely successful Dexter, Hall gave audiences a multi-faceted character with a massively dark and sinister edge. Similarly, some of the darkly dry humourous moments shown by the actor in Six Feet Under could come in useful if Edgar Wright's Ant-Man was to involve a certain sense of light humour, as is currently being rumoured. Sadly, I don't think we'll be seeing the crazed, unhinged side of Hank Pym on the screen any time soon, but if that ever happens, Michael C. Hall is your man. In the meantime, I'm more than happy hearing those rumours that he may be being lined up to play Daredevil in the Netflix series that's in the works right now.
