1. Could Ghost Work With Scott and Hope?
The first Ant-Man film worked because it was such a pleasant surprise, and it looks as though Peyton Reed and Hannah John-Kamen are applying the same principle to the sequel.
For the time being, the film certainly looks to be packing the same tone as the original, but there's an element of pathos that could yet come into play. It all pertains to the Quantum Realm and the search for Michelle Pfeiffer's Janet van Dyne, and with Ghost likely to boast a tragic backstory too, the stage could be set for this particular Marvel sequel to explore the trauma left behind by Janet's absence.
That's what's at stake in the sequel, and with Goggins occupying the role of the evil suit, it wouldn't be at all surprising to see Ghost going after him as well.
If that is the case, the fact that both Scott and Hope can be seen chasing him down during the trailer could imply that a team-up is on the horizon. It's a prospect hammered further by the film's initial reactions, and though the surprise might have been spoiled for now, audiences won't have to wait long before they see Ghost's role come into focus.
