Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania Review - 5 Ups & 5 Downs
2. The Rock Solid Pacing
In the very least, Quantumania is a film that moves pretty fast and wraps up within a tight-ish 124 minutes, before it has a chance to entirely outstay its welcome.
Sure, there are still a few overly wordy monologues too many, but Peyton Reed at least understands the virtue of keeping things light on their feet and constantly moving from one thing to the next.
It's a film that doesn't ever dare to be boring in even its lesser moments, ensuring that by the time the end credits roll, you'll probably be surprised that it's over already.
In an era where 2.5-hour superhero flicks are basically the norm, something that's a little more measured and restrained is certainly a breath of fresh air.
