6. Marvel: The End

The Spoiler: Pointing everyone in the direction of a specific comic basically confirms that Thanos gets the Infinity Gauntlet and then what happens next.

Now, this would be a pretty bold direction to take, but it would also be an incredibly interesting one, assuming that The Russos only adapted SOME of non-continuity arc Marvel: The End.

The End would be the kind of hard reset for the MCU that Kevin Feige could use to his advantage to sort out the issue of needing to replace outgoing actors and introducing new Avengers and new actors entirely. What easier way to explain all those changes than to have Thanos literally absorb the entire multiverse, only to be convinced to reinstate it by Adam Warlock (who missed the whole event by being outside of existence)?

The Russos could then pin changes on Thanos not being able to preserve everything as it was, which in itself could kick off some pretty interesting new storylines. It's all a little unlikely, but that title at least could be used to infer something as equally world-changing.
