12. Tony Still Hasn't Made It Back Home

Although it remains to be seen just how much time has passed between the events of Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, or even when most scenes in the trailer take place, we're introduced to Tony as he's trying to make his way back home to Earth. His armour is losing power, he's out of food and water, and it looks as though oxygen is next on the agenda. Point being, he isn't exactly having a good time, and we don't actually see him on Earth at any point in the trailer either.

For all intents and purposes, this is meant to be the last will and testament of Tony Stark, and he doesn't even know if the information will make its way to Pepper Pots. It's all very dour, and though it's inevitable Stark will make it out of this particular scenario unscathed, it doesn't look as though he'll make it back to Earth early on, and that he'll be cutting things very close when he does.

It's also worth considering whether or not this is how the film will introduce Captain Marvel. If Tony's stuck in space with nowhere left to go, could it be that Carol Danvers will be the one to take him home?

It's possible, and with this set to be Robert Downey Jr.'s last rodeo as the character, expect him to go out with a bang.
