4. The Snap Deaths Are All Real And Permanent

As the writers and directors have insisted lots of times already, Avengers 4 won't simply be a matter of completely undoing what Thanos did and everyone living happily ever after. We're supposed to believe that what he did is permanent and just move on with our lives, no matter how hard that is to accept.

There's a possibility that SOME of the deaths cannot be undone (like Vision and Loki), but it would be counter-productive for Marvel to kill off the future of their own franchise by wiping out their Phase 4 line-up in one.

Plus, we know Spider-Man is coming back for a Homecoming sequel that starts mere minutes after the end of Avengers 4, so he's clearly not staying dead.

So why rank it so high? Because the deaths MIGHT be permanent in a different way. In other words, there might be a cost of souls...
