4. Nebula

One of the more pressing theories concerning Avengers 4's end suggests that Nebula will be the one to kill Thanos because her story would suit that sort of justice. She is, after all, a painful personification of all of his most evil machinations: a walking, talking artifact of torture, emotional abuse and neglect and her getting to enact her vengeance would be a fitting end.

That doesn't mean the MCU will do it though and nor does the fact that that's how it goes down in the comic. Marvel don't tend to stick to the source material other than in a broad sort of sense, anyway, so expecting that might be foolish.

The trailer has also inspired some suggestion that Nebula has abandoned Tony Stark since he appears to be alone on the Benatar. But that may not be correct: the only shot we see of Nebula in the trailer shows her on the ship too, and it may simply be that the moment of peace Tony seeks to send his final message to Stark is afforded to him by Nebula giving him space.

Though she's partly biomechanical, Nebula will still die because of the same reasons as Stark, too (we saw her begging for food in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2), so she's presumably in trouble at the same point, too. Until whoever comes to rescue them appears, anyway.
