7. Black Widow Loves Bruce Banner

Black Widow changes romantic interests depending on the day of the week. It was hinted that she had some kind of affection for Hawkeye in The Avengers, after all, and then there was that thing she had with Captain America in The Winter Soldier (c'mon - that was definitely a thing). And now, Joss Whedon, you're telling audiences that Black Widow has a crush on Bruce Banner? A lot can happen in the space between MCU movies, apparently, because that's a plot revelation that presumably nobody saw coming. It's sort of understandable that every script calls for Black Widow to flirt mercilessly with a random Avenger, because that's an easy way to implement a love story without a whole lot effort. But you've got to draw a line somewhere, and Widow falling for Banner is that line. Do these two really make a good couple? Does she fancy him when he's in Hulk form? Is their romance at all believable? Not really: it's actually a bit weird, to be honest. Especially in that scene where Captain America sides up to Banner and tells him that he should get it on with Black Widow, and that it's totally okay for him to do that, even though - you know - they sort of have the hots for each other too. Uh...
