Avengers: Age Of Ultron - 9 Important Things Hidden In The New Trailer

4. Everyone Riding Motorcycles

Apparently S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarriers are no longer the standard form of transportation in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Which might be because the majority of them got blown up during the events of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Oh, and people aren't so hot on S.H.I.E.L.D. since they were revealed to be compromised by Hydra. Making the leap from a battleship that flies through the sky to motorcycles seems a bit extreme, though. There's still a fair amount of Stark-provided quinjets on show, but, perhaps inspired by the rad action scenesin The Winter Soldier that saw Steve Rogers taking on those helicarriers with just a two-wheeled bike, motorcycles all over this Age Of Ultron trailer. There's the cool bit where Black Widow picks up Cap's shield, complaining she's always tidying up for these boys, and then the endlessly screencapped money shot with Steve Rogers wheelying his way into combat. Maybe there's a link between the bikes: are they the same one? Do they come standard with this new quinjet? Are they a shout out to the seventies direct-to-video Captain America films where he rode a bike? Hopefully not that last one.
