What happens next is a little fuzzy, but Ultron stealing the sceptre and recruiting Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch to his cause has been confirmed in a number of ways. "The Twins" hate The Avengers and probably won't need much in the way of convincing, while Strucker's lair seems like a good place for Ultron to upgrade from his first basic Mark I form. If Ultron's initial attack at Avengers Tower wasn't really all that bad, it could be that there's another battle between him, his new allies, and Earth's Mightiest Heroes at this point, but chances are that this will be more about pulling back the curtain on what his grand plan is as he transforms Stark's Iron Legion into waves and waves of deadly Ultron Sentries.
