Avengers: Age Of Ultron - 10 Awesome Moments (Not In The Trailer)
4. The Black Panther Makes Some Kind of Appearance
Marvel has been previously criticized for its lack of diversification on the big screen, but that looks set to change with upcoming solo movies for Captain Marvel and Black Panther, the latter of whom was the first black superhero to appear in mainstream comics. As a core member of the team in the original source material, internet speculation has suggested that Chadwick Boseman is likely to appear in the cinematic Avengers roster at some point. The studio currently denies that Boseman will feature in Age Of Ultron, but the trailer certainly suggests that the groundwork is being laid for his eventual appearance, even if Marvel is telling the truth and won't include the character himself as of yet. Eage-eyed fans will have spotted Andy Serkis looking remarkably like Ulysses Klaw, who also just so happens to be the Black Panther's arch-enemy. Furthermore, Captain America's shield is made of vibranium, a rare metal only found in T'Challa's kingdom of Wakanda, so it's not impossible to conceive that the Avengers may visit his country in order to repair the shield. Whether Boseman appears as a fully costumed hero, the King of Wakanda, or is even just referred to in passing, fans are keen to see how the Black Panther will become integrated into the MCU. Recently scheduled re-shoots may cause hope yet for fans of T'Challa.
