6. Pose A Physical Threat To The Entire Avengers Team

It's no secret that the villains in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to date have been the most disappointing aspect of the franchise. There has never been a villain that made us think that the hero they were facing was completely outgunned or overpowered. Villains have either been considerably weaker than their heroic opponents (Loki to Thor, Aldrich Killian to Iron Man, Malekith to Thor etc) or on a par with their heroic opponents (Abomination to Hulk, Red Skull to Captain America, the Winter Soldier to Captain America, Iron Monger to Iron Man, Whiplash to Iron Man etc) and it's about time that changed. We want to see Ultron made of vibranium (rendering him indestructable), with super-strength that at least rivals the likes of Hulk and Thor, and with a versatile powerset than enables him to fly, fire energy blasts, control other technology and take on all of the Avengers at once without looking like he's no threat to them. Moreover, we want to see his drone army made relevant. The Chitauri, as nameless flunkies, were almost pointless in the first Avengers movie - they were barely a threat to Black Widow and Hawkeye in hand-to-hand combat, let alone to Thor and Hulk, and we want to see an improvement on that front. They need to be dangerous and powerful in the mould of Ultron himself. Simple as that.
