4. A Reference To Doctor Strange

Comic book fans around the world rejoiced when Doctor Strange was name-dropped in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (Jasper Sitwell revealed that "Stephen Strange" was one of the men HYDRA were targeting, as he was seen as a threat to them, along with the likes of Tony Stark and Bruce Banner). The fact that the Sorcerer Supreme exists in the Marvel Cinematic Universe has now been confirmed and we're all extremely excited about it. No actor has been confirmed for the role of Strange, but we're pretty sure he'll be getting his own movie in Phase 3 and Age of Ultron could be the ideal place to firmly establish his presence. In fact, we aren't convinced that he won't make an appearance as someone the Avengers look for help from in order to defeat Ultron - magic being something the titular group are distinctly lacking.
