Avengers: Endgame - 10 Biggest UNANSWERED Questions We Still Have

8. ... Or Put Back Any Of The Stones Except The Time Stone, For That Matter?

It's not just the Soul Stone that has problems, either. When most of these Stones' became their distilled, final forms, it was rather like toothpaste being pushed out the tube.

Consider the following:

- The Reality Stone: Extracted from Jane (Natalie Portman) by Rocket Racoon using a... thing, Cap then has to travel back to Asgard, sneak back into the throne room's side chambers, and... re-inject Jane with space magic? All without her knowing?

- The Power Stone: Housed inside a grey chamber made of (again) ancient space gubbins, this gets smashed to remove the Stone itself. How does Cap make a new container so Quill can steal it, like he was going to before War Machine and Nebula took it?

- The Space Stone: Another case of needing to put the Stone inside something, the Space Stone was formerly the Tesseract, and even back in the 1970s where it was stolen from, SHIELD/Hydra were keeping it in the same cuboid case it was first housed in. Once again... does Cap have access to a bunch of space crafting materials we're not aware of?

- The Mind Stone: First given to Loki by Thanos (which is insane, being he was later trying to collect the Stones overall), the Mind Stone is inside Loki's mind-control staff. This staff doesn't make it to the future so it's assumed Cap broke it apart before zipping back to 2019. But how exactly, could Cap undo this?

Minus the Time Stone - which can be given to the all-seeing, all-knowing Ancient One without much fuss - did any of Cap's final plan even remotely work?
