The trailer's closing stinger is the surprise re-emergence of Ant-Man (Paul Rudd), who in Ant-Man and the Wasp's post-credits scene ended up trapped inside the quantum realm following the Decimation.

His arrival at Cap's front door door is clearly a huge shock to both Cap and Black Widow, given that Scott Lang is marked as "missing" in the aftermath of the snap.

The likely answer is that, while trapped inside the quantum realm for several years, Scott managed to master the use of time vortexes - which were hinted at by Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) in the aforementioned post-credits scene - to escape the quantum realm and end up back in the post-Decimation landscape.
