2. Pepper Becomes Rescue

The relationship between Pepper Potts and Tony Stark might be nothing like it is in the films, but one moment fans had always hoped would happen on the big screen was Pepper getting the chance to suit up as Rescue.
Taking place during Matt Fraction and Salvador Larroca's Iron Man run, Pepper is gifted a suit of armour by Tony and assumes the identity of Rescue. The armour doesn't boast as much of an offensive capability as Iron Man or War Machine, or even as much as was shown in Endgame, but it was Pepper's own and she's used it repeatedly since donning it in the last decade.
The Rescue armour of the comics boasts a red and silver colour scheme, as opposed to the purple and gold version seen in Endgame, but it was still great to see all the same.
