44. Drax

Like most of the Guardians Of The Galaxy, Drax is sidelined by necessity, turning up at the last to join in the battle in New York after Hulk snaps everyone back to life.

He gets a single line after everything is over and done with, which - inevitably - is a joke, and other than that, all he really does is jump on Cull Obsidian's giant back and stab him repeatedly in berserker mode before Giant-Man stomps on him. It's not the most layered of roles.

43. Mantis

Like Drax, Mantis does very little in the grand scheme of things. Again, she turns up for the final battle and gets a single line - another joke, though a slightly funnier one than Drax as her calling gleefully for a knife fight between Thor and Star-Lord suggests she's a little more unhinged than her demeanour suggests and that's about it.

She scored slightly higher than Drax because of her involvement in the great Female Avengers team-up moment, but in honesty, she does nothing to help, because she's just not a warrior. But at least she made herself available.
