2. The Nostalgia Is Strong With This One

You've really got to hand it to the makers of this trailer. It takes something special for fans to accept footage from an entirely different film, slightly recolourised (in a very nice way, it has to be said) with such gusto. What they've done in giving us almost half of the trailer for a look back to Infinity War (and even well before that) is bloody ingenius.

Not only is it all incredibly evocative, but it sets the mood for each of the Avengers perfectly. And even more cleverly, it should make every fan - even the more casual ones - want to return to the start of Phase One and watch every MCU movie again. It is, after all, a reinforcement of the idea that Endgame is indeed an endgame - the culmination of a story that started well before the Decimation.

So maybe do what they're telling you and go back to where it all started, yeah?
